this is How to make cheese cake wrapped with crepe. this cheese cake is made by microwave, so easy to make but taste is so good. Please try to make it!!

☆Ingredients: for 6 pieces

*cheese cake
200g Cream cheese
200g heavy cream
85g sugar
30g cake flour
2 eggs
2tsp lemon juice

heat this up in a microwave for 5min by 600W.

*crepe
100g cake flour
200g soy milk
1 egg
1TBsp sugar

*raspberry sauce
100g freezed raspberry
1TBsp sugar
