【簡単スイーツ】ホットケーキミックスとフライパンで作る！！生クリームたっぷりのふわふわロールケーキの作り方

◎今回使用した材料◎

【生地】
・ホットケーキミックス　75g
・卵　　　　　　　2個
・砂糖　　　　　　45g
・牛乳　　　　　大さじ1
・オリーブオイル　　小さじ1

【クリーム】
砂糖　　　　　大さじ2
練乳　　　　　大さじ2
生クリーム　　　180ml

【作り方】

①ボウルに卵を入れて混ぜる。

②砂糖を少しずつ加えて、白くもったりなるまで泡立てる

③ホットケーキミックスをふるい入れて、ゴムベラで切るように混ぜる

④牛乳、サラダ油を入れて混ぜる

⑤フライパンにクッキングシートを入れて、弱火で蓋を閉めて焼く

⑥生クリームに練乳と砂糖を入れて混ぜる

⑦完成！！！
