    Guacamole Ingredients (the full recipe is on Inspired Taste)
    • 3 ripe medium avocados
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems, chopped
    • 1 large plum or Roma tomato, chopped, optional
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
    • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, optional
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper, with seeds and membrane removed, optional

      i can never forgive sacrificing the tomatoes insides just to cut up the external flesh. a red pepper wouldve sufficed in exchange for this waste, however beautiful

      Lazy man's guac: Grab a cup of salsa, drain the liquid out of the first cup. Put in a second cup without draining it. Add your advacado. Add cumin.

      Avacodos weren’t as ripe and used cherry tomatoes with the seeds but it actually turned out really good as just a fiesta kind of dip not guac
