Home made Sichuan Chilli oil Recipe👆🏻
Ingredients 👇🏻
Cinnamon 1 small stick
Green cardamom 2 no
Star anise 1 no
Sichuan pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper tsp
Dry red chilli 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 12 cloves
Onion chopped 1 no
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Salt

Method
1) First take a pan and dry roast cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, Sichuan pepper & black pepper .
2) Dry roast on low flame & keep it in the same jar in which you have to store chilli oil later.
3)Dry roast the whole red chilli in the same pan but keep in mind that red chili should be broken before putting it in the pan into two halves.
4) After cooling it lightly, now grind it roughly.
5) Take another pan and put oil. Heat the oil and add ginger garlic and chopped onions together.
6) Now turn off the gas as soon as it changes its color.
7) continuously stir.
8) Add roughly bring whole red
chillies , tomato sauce , sesame oil and salt .
9) Shift this oil into the same jar where we had put the spices before .
10) Homemade Sichuan chilli oil is ready
