トマト缶で作る絶品ナスのミートソースパスタ
今回はナスたっぷりのミートソースパスタを作りました。
ナスは下ごしらえしてトマトソースと煮込んでいくので、余計な苦味が取れてお子様にもたべやすいとおもいます!
▷材料(2人前)
パスタ 200g
たまねぎ 1/2個
ナス 2本
ニンニク 1カケ
豚ひき肉 150g
塩 適量
粗挽き黒こしょう 適量
固形コンソメ 2個
ウスターソース 大さじ2
カットトマト缶 1つ
水 カットトマト缶の半分ほど
オリーブオイル 少々
粉チーズ
▷作り方
1.たまねぎ、ニンニクは皮をむき、みじん切りにする
2.ナスはヘタを取り輪切りにする
3.フライパンにオリーブオイル、ナスを入れ、ナスに火が通ったら一度お皿に避ける
4.フライパンにオリーブオイル、ニンニクを入れ炒める
5.香りが立ったらたまねぎ、ひき肉を順にいれる
6.かるく塩、粗びき黒こしょうを振り、肉に火が通るまで炒める
7.トマト缶1つ分と缶の半分ほどの水を入れ、先ほど炒めたナスを入れる
8ナスがしんなりしてきたら、コンソメ、ウスターソースを入れ10分ほど煮込む
9.煮込めたら塩、粗びき黒こしょうで味を整える
10.たっぷりのお湯に塩(1%ほど)を入れ、パスタをゆでる
11.ゆであがったらパスタをソースに絡めて、お好みで粉チーズをかけて完成！

This time, I made a meat sauce full of eggplants.
Eggplants are to Prep work and boiled with tomato sauce, so the extra bitterness will be removed and it will be easy for children to eat!
▷ ingredients (2 servings)
200g pasta
1/2 onion
2 eggplants
1 clove of garlic
150g ground pork
salt to taste
coarse ground black pepper to taste
2 stock cubes
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce(Lea & Perrins)
1 canned tomatoes
half of a can water
olive oil
parmesan cheese (to your liking)
▷ recipe
1. Peel and mince onion and garlic.
2. The eggplants is cut into round slice.
3. Put olive oil and eggplants in a frying pan, and once the eggplants is cooked, it on a plate.
4. Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and fry.
5. When the scent rises, add onion and ground pork in order.
6.A splash of salt and coarsely ground black pepper and fry until the ground pork is cooked.
7. Add canned tomatoes and half the can of water, and add the eggplants fried earlier.
8 When eggplants becomes soft, add stock cubes and worcestershire sauce(Lea & Perrins) and simmer for about 10 minutes.
9. When simmered, adjust the taste with salt and coarse ground black pepper.
10. Add salt (about 1%) to plenty of hot water, and boil the pasta.
11. When boiled, wrap it in a sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese to finished!
