the baguette origins is French, but no country make them better than Vietnam, I live in the UK have travel a few country including France but I have to say Vietnam is number 1come to banh mi , Vietnamese food is hard work that is the haart of Vietnamese people they achieved high standards , if you want to eat Vietnamese food only Vietnam can give the best.

Dude….everytime you eat you're dripping soup all over the table! Lol.
I don't like the fact that they don't put veggie inside the banh mi. They do it separately, so people can take away and eat them many hours later and the break won't get soggy. That's good only when people actually take away for picnic or later… however, for most people eating them right away, they have to add the veggie themselves, and I can say, most of the time it's not the same as the banh mi seller put the veggie in for you. They do it perfectly and it does taste better than we put them in ourselves.

The dish you have at 19:00 was not bánh hỏi. It called Bánh bèo, the one with the shrimp inside called Bánh bột lọc, the one with mung bean inside call ed Bánh Nậm and they all top with the orange stuffs was minced dried shrimp😂😂😂
