In the U.S, chicken liver pate might not be a popular dish. I have seen liver mousse in a French restaurant, but not American dining.
Chicken liver is one of the most favorite part of the chicken for me.
When I go to Yakitori places, I have to eat that.
If they cook the liver perfectly, that means they are good.
Liver pate is very simple to cook.
