Vietnamese street food is very diverse, there are many types of rice noodles, and banana fries are amazing.

  3. I haven't seen that many Vietnamese street food clips, but I do notice a different 'way' behind the prep work, as in like technical skill. You know? Fingers go here. Fingers go there. 10:32. It's pretty cool. What do they call that skill with the fingers and knife? Never seen it before. It combines activities, is what comes to mind. That would make sense that they use scissors. Pretty sure. If you implemented scissors as prep cutlery to the Chinese, you'd be getting blood from finger cuts in your food, every other day. Anyway. The famous Vietnamese noodles look like mostly the broth. I was wondering how people could eat 7 small meals a day. So. Like 7 bowls of noodles. Never actually tried it, but it's big with ex-pats from across the globe.
