    We are making a Japanese-inspired Pizza with our teriyaki chicken recipe. This teriyaki flavor Japanese-style pizza is so delicious!

    How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

    Teriyaki Chicken Pizza Recipe (Japanese-style Pizza with Mozzarella and Mushrooms)

    (2 20cm/8-inch pizzas)
    – Dough –
    100g Bread Flour (3.5 oz)
    50g Cake Flour (1.75 oz)
    ½ tbsp Sugar
    ½ tsp Salt
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    90ml Water (3 fl oz)
    1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast Powder

    – Toppings –
    80g Teriyaki Chicken (2.8 oz)

    40g Maitake Mushrooms or substitute: shiitake, shimeji or king oyster mushrooms (1.4 oz)
    40g Long Green Onion, cut into diagonal slices (1.4 oz)
    Salt
    Black Pepper, coarsely ground
    Olive Oil
    100g Mozzarella Cheese (3.5 oz)
    Spring Onion Leaves, chopped

    Shichimi Chili Powder or Sansho Pepper
    Bread Flour for dusting

    ＜材料＞直径20cm2枚分
    [生地]
    強力粉：100g
    薄力粉：50g
    砂糖：大さじ1/2
    塩：小さじ1/2(2.5g)
    オリーブ油：小さじ1
    水：90ml
    インスタントドライイースト：小さじ１

    舞茸：40g（エリンギ、しめじ、椎茸など)
    長ねぎ（斜め薄切り)：40g

      So I made the pizza and it was mouth watering tastiness, even I made my brother one and he loved it. And for a little tip, add some garlic salt for the best taste of your life

      hi I'am trying your pizza dough right now, since i do not have the processor like yours i did it with my hands oh no my dough turns out crumbly and hard to knead they wont stick together. what do you think is the problem?
      what i did is i put a water with a little yeast and knead again until they come together. now i rest my dough and cover it.
      i dont know what will happen to this just cross finger that we can eat this. thank you
