    〜材料（直径18cm 1台分）〜
    ・りんご・・・2個
    ・砂糖・・・・20g
    ・バター・・・20g
    ・シナモン・・1g

    ・冷凍パイシート・・・2枚
    ・卵・・・・・1個

    ☆作り方☆

    ①【りんご】は皮を剥いて一口大に切り、鍋に入れて【砂糖】【バター】【シナモン】と一緒に15分ほど煮込みます。

    ②水分がなくなり柔らかくなったらバットなどに移して冷ましておきます。

    ③【冷凍パイシート】にボウルや器などをあて、包丁を使って丸くくり抜いてベースの生地にします。

    ④残りのパイシートをベースの生地よりも長く伸ばし、1.5cm幅を8個、0.7cm幅を12個とり、残りの生地は細長く伸ばしておきます。

    ⑤0.7cm幅の生地は長い3つの生地にして三つ編みにします。

    ⑥ベースの生地に端から1.5cmほど空けてりんごを敷き詰め、上から1.5cmの生地を格子状に並べます。
    端に余った生地を乗せて、その上から三つ編みにした生地を乗せます。

    ⑦【卵】を溶いて、刷毛などで生地に塗ってからオーブンで焼きます。
    180℃で約40分焼いたら完成になります。

    ~Ingredients (for one 18cm diameter baking dish)~
    Apples – 2
    Sugar – 20g
    Butter – 20g
    Cinnamon – 1g

    Frozen pie sheets – 2
    Eggs – 1

    How to make

    1, Peel the apples and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a pan with sugar, butter, and cinnamon and simmer for about 15 minutes.

    2, Cut the apples into bite-sized pieces and put them in a pan with sugar, butter and cinnamon.

    3, Place the frozen pie sheet in a bowl or container and roll it out with a knife to make the base dough.

    4, Roll out the remaining pie sheets longer than the base dough, taking 8 pieces 1.5cm wide and 12 pieces 0.7cm wide.

    5, Make three long strips of the 0.7 cm wide fabric and braid them.

    6, Place the apples on the base dough, leaving 1.5 cm from the edge, and arrange 1.5 cm of dough on top in a grid pattern.
    Put the extra dough on the edge and put the braided dough on top of it.

    7, Beat the [egg] and brush it over the dough before baking in the oven.
    Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes and it will be ready.
